JOANMARIE, Bridgehampton’s sole shoe boutique, will welcome internationally renowned shoe designer Edmundo Castillo during an in store appearance on June 9, 2012 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Edmundo will meet with guests, as well as showcase his Spring/Summer 2012 collection of espadrilles, wedges, stilettos and more.

“We are thrilled to host Edmundo Castillo at our boutique,” says JOANMARIE owner Marisa Borghi. “Not only are his shoes beautifully crafted, but they are designed for women who truly love to have fun with fashion.” One of this season’s most coveted shoes is the Lou which features intricate blue and black beading on a sky high wedge heel.

“The Spring/Summer 2012 collection was inspired by the colors, textures and lifestyles that encompass cultural points of interest in the U.S.: from the colors of Palm Beach, to the elegance of New York, to the textures and colors of the desert, to the bohemian style of the west coast,” says Castillo.
